Axiom Legal Financing Fund

The investment objective of the Axiom Legal Financing Fund, Segregated Portfolio (the fund) is to provide security of capital and to achieve consistent capital growth uncorrelated to stock markets, commodities, property prices or interest rates, whilst targeting minimum anual growth rates of:

Target rates of return are net of all costs and charges to the fund.

  • 11% (Sterling)
  • 10% (US Dollar)
  • 10% (Euro)

The Fund provides short-term fixed-interest loans to UK Law Firms who work on a no-win, no-fee basis to pursue claims for the misselling of UK Financial Services products. Such claims focus on there being breaches of the UK Consumer Credit Act present in the agreement between the individuals and the provider of the product (possibly a bank / credit-card company). The existence of such breaches along with certain other specific criteria means there is an extremely high likelihood of success at Court. This enables insurance to be set in place to cover every loan the fund makes ensuring the all loans made by the fund will be repaid even if the claim happened to lose at Court. As such Axiom provides investors with a very high degree of capital security along with attractive rates of growth expected to be in excess of 11% pa in the GBP share class and 10% pa in the EUR & USD share classes which are hedged to GBP.
